Recently my 21 year old friend was also interested in buying new home but he dont have enough money to buy it so he was looking for loans, but he has bad credit so while searching on internet he found which grant him loan of 300000$ for 15 years now he owned his own home.

Well if you interested in that

    go to
    > Home loan or Bad Credit loan
I dont remember exact Bank ( lender )

Note : There u will get about 12 links in that sec. you check all links for lowest interest rate my friend got 3 % annually interest may be by searching u get more lower one so check links ok .

    Good Luck!

The answer to your question is: It depends. While the VA loan can be used to buy almost any home most “auction houses(the company that sells the home at auction)” do not allow for VA loans and it says so in their contract. The best thing you can do is call them ahead of time and ask.

    Yes and no.

Yes, because as long as you can get the paperwork done, you can close.

But, most auctions require 10% at auction down and the rest due in 10 business days..no way will you get a VA loan to close that fast….this would be your “no” part.
